Our commitment

We believe a diverse supply chain makes us a stronger, more responsive business. We aim to give every supplier a fair opportunity to compete for our work, and to choose suppliers on merit, free from discrimination.

Our approach to suppliers is guided by the Réalta values: Reliability, Excellence, Agility, Leadership, Trust and Accountability. We look for these qualities in our suppliers and aim to show them in how we work with them.


Who we mean by diverse suppliers

We welcome suppliers of every size and ownership, including:

How we work with suppliers

We apply the same principles to every supplier relationship:

  • Merit: we select suppliers on quality, value, reliability and compliance with the law and our requirements.
  • Fair access: we state our requirements clearly and give suppliers a reasonable opportunity to compete.
  • Respect: we treat suppliers courteously and honestly and communicate openly throughout the relationship.
  • No discrimination: we do not treat any supplier less favourably because of who owns or leads the business.

What we expect of suppliers

We expect our suppliers to share these values. That means complying with the law, treating their own employees and suppliers fairly and without discrimination, and conducting business ethically. We encourage suppliers to apply the same principles to their own supply chains.
