Our Growth Timeline
Abán O’Riordan founded Sullane Automation in 2017. It was later re-branded as Réalta Technologies. Since then, he has overseen the operations of Réalta in his role as director. Abán is a specialist in electrical and automation projects. He has over 15 years of experience in implementing and managing automation projects.
Abán currently oversees Réalta’s engineers and projects on a day-to-day basis. Previously Abán worked project managing automation system integration projects across the life science and food & beverage Industry.
Dan Moore
Dan Moore joined Réalta Technologies as a director in 2020. Dan is an automation & system integration specialist. He is responsible for Réalta’s Digital Solutions team. This team specialises in the delivery of transformative and innovative solutions to Réalta’s customers.
Dan has a master’s degree in Manufacturing, Process & Automation Systems from University College Cork. He brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Automation, IT and Digital systems.Previously Dan worked project managing, designing, and implementing automation systems in various industries.
Korie Gleeson joined Réalta Technologies as Director of Finance & Operations in 2023.
With over 20 years of IT experience, including 15 years and Senior Management and C-level positions he brings a wealth of experience to steer financial strategy and operational efficiency here in Réalta Technologies.
Korie has a degree in Production Management from University of Limerick, as well as a Graduate Diploma in IT.
Alan Bourke
Alan Bourke joined Réalta Technologies as Commercial Director in 2023.
Alan has over 20 years managerial experience across a broad range of Industries and has led Global Sales and Marketing teams.
He is an experienced executive and will be responsible for all Sales functions. Marketing and Partnerships at Réalta Technologies.
Stuart Koutsouris joined Réalta Technologies in 2022 as a Business Development Manager and is responsible for growing Réalta Technologies as a company as well as Réalta’s presence within our targeted industries locally in Ireland and globally, he also focuses on discovering new business opportunities, hiring more specialist engineers, and enriching Réalta’s service offerings overall.
Stuart has a diverse background in sales and investment management and has worked within different niche markets throughout his career.
Gabriella Pace
Gabriella joined Réalta in 2019 and oversees Réalta’s HR functions and administration tasks within the company.
Gabriella works closely with Réalta’s engineers and our clients with onboarding and continuous support.
Gabriella also helps support Réalta’s international presence and helps our growth globally.
Shane Kingston joined Réalta Technologies in 2023 as a Business Development Executive and is responsible for maintaining our current partnerships and discovering new business within the Ireland and European market.

Nichole Desmond
Nichole has a Higher Diploma and CIPD accreditation in HR Management and over 6 years of experience in Recruitment and HR across various regions and multinational industries. Nichole will be the POC for all existing and potential employees from recruitment to onboarding .
Nichole will be expanding our global engineering teams and focusing on our employee lifecycle , career progression ,personal development, and our company culture.
