Réalta Technologies announces plans to double its workforce over coming 12 months

Réalta Technologies, a leading global automation, digital systems and data analytics company, has announced that it is to double its workforce over the coming 12 months as part of a €5 million strategic investment plan.
The company, which has offices in Cork, Limerick, the US and India, currently has 60 employees working in the Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Renewable Energy and Sports industries. However, it has announced immediate plans to increase employee numbers to 120 as part of an ambitious business strategy. As well as increasing its work force to support the growth of existing services, Réalta will be developing new services and solutions centred around the use of AI in manufacturing facilities. The areas of expertise that Réalta Technologies is looking to recruit for include Automation, Project Management, Data Analytics and AI.
Founded in 2017, Réalta Technologies’ announcement reinforces its continued commitment to rapid and sustainable growth and significant ambitions for expansion in new markets, nationally and internationally. Over the past three years, Réalta Technologies has expanded its workforce from 15 to 60 with engineers operating from Ireland, UK, Portugal, Andorra, US, Canada, Ghana and India.
Réalta Technologies team comprises experts in Automation and Computer System Validation, Engineering, Data Sciences and Analytics, Project Management and Managed Services.
Abán O’Riordan, Founder and Joint Managing Director of Réalta Technologies said the announcement supports the company’s significant growth over the past two years. He said: “We have experienced a significant growth trajectory over the past 24 months, thanks to the expert-led team and innovative technology solutions that have positioned us as leaders in the life sciences and pharma sectors. Our plans for the coming year are based on continuing on this path in a sustained and measured way, building on our success since we began the business in 2017.
